The lower level consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a ski storage closet. Right in front of the building, a parking space is available for you to park your car for free. A small cellar completes the features of this property.

LOCATION

Alpe d’Huez ski resort is a popular destination for skiing and snowboarding in France. Located in the French Alps, the resort offers over 250km of slopes and 81 lifts, providing plenty of opportunities for skiers of all levels.
One of the resort’s standout features is the “La Sarenne” ski run, which is the longest black run in the world, stretching over 16km. Advanced skiers will also enjoy the “Tunnel” run, which includes a 20m tunnel and steep terrain.
For intermediate skiers, there are a variety of blue and red runs to choose from, including the “Signal” run, which offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
