Close to the ski lifts and hiking trails, this charming studio occupies a privileged position at the foot of the resort. Shops and the snow front are accessible in 5 minutes by shuttle passing at the foot of the building. This studio will be fully renovated and furnished by the in-house interior designer. Expected renovation/furniture budget 38,000€ which will be included in the share price.

This charming studio, equipped with a “coin montagne” for bunk beds and designed to accommodate four people comfortably, is located on the first floor and offers a living space of 27 square meters, which is quite extensive for a studio apartment.

The apartment consists of a 15 square meter living room, including a kitchen that will be completely renovated and optimized by us. In addition, the 4.5 square meter mountain corner can comfortably accommodate two people.

The bathroom is kept in good condition, we plan to simply replace the towel dryer to improve comfort. The toilets are separate for more convenience.

The studio benefits from a large south-facing balcony, adding an extra dimension to the space. Bathed in sunlight for a large part of the day, this balcony offers the opportunity to enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains.
