This allows you to enjoy the benefits of home ownership without the full cost and maintenance burden.

Home co-ownership is real ownership

You are the legal owner of the part(s) and you hold a right to the ownership not just the use of it like a timeshare. Owning only one part (1/8th for the property) gives you 1.5 months each year to enjoy your home and you can buy up to four parts for more use. This option allows you to own a portion of the property and be free to use it as you wish. You can also sell at any time.

You can book your stays (minimum of two days) in advance or last minute through the app for owners. On average, second homeowners in Europe use their property for 35 days per year, so even if you only own one share of the property, you’ll still have plenty of time to enjoy your home. You can reserve your stays through the app, giving you the flexibility to visit your home whenever you’d like, as long as it’s not already booked by another co-owner.

One of the benefits of co-ownership is the ability to easily exit the arrangement if your circumstances change or you no longer wish to be a part of it. You can sell your share of the property at any time for its market value. For example, a share worth 150,000 EUR could potentially be worth 225,000 EUR in 10 years, assuming an annual increase of 5%. Often, other co-owners or their friends or family members will be interested in purchasing a share that becomes available on the market.
