5 Common Objections With Co-Ownership Planning Of Stays

And why these are myths...

5 common objections when planning your stay with co-ownership...and why these are myths...

01 Myth: “Reserving my stays is complicated and a headache”

The mobile app in place for the co-owners makes reserving your stay and scheduling easy, flexible and fair.

The co-owners can see availability in real-time and secure their visit with just a few taps. The app will also give you more control as you will be able to contact the house manager and in some cases exchange with the other owners, once authorised.

02 Myth: “Getting school holidays is hard”

Almost everyone who hears about co-ownership for the first time asks, ‘Isn’t everybody going to want to use the home on the most popular holidays?’ But because co-owners all have different travel preferences and life situations, and not everyone can or wants to travel at the same time, we haven’t seen that happen.

In most cases also, different nationalities with different school holidays are involved and share the home at different dates.

03 Myth: “Booking a fractional property is similar to booking a timeshare”

The first thing a timeshare usually gives you is one, maybe two weeks while fractional ownership gives you six weeks for each part that you own (you can own up to four parts of the eight available parts). Also, timeshare is usually 52 timeshare owners trying to get their week each year. Because of this, they do need to book 1-2 years in advance. With fractional ownership for the best weeks you can book as short notice as two weeks in advance in most cases for most of the year you can book last minute as little as two days in advance.

04 Myth: “Reserving your stay cannot be last minute”

Sometimes you just want to get away from it all, which is why the app shows availability in real-time — if the home is free to use, you can book it as little as two days in advance.
“I think the ability to look far to the future but also have the flexibility for last-minute stays is really great”

05 Myth: “Getting that really high season week is virtually impossible “

Sometimes you just want to get away from it all, which is why the app shows availability in real-time — if the home is free to use, you can book it as little as two days in advance.
“I think the ability to look far to the future but also have the flexibility for last-minute stays is really great”
