Begur, Costa Brava, Spania — Hus med 3 soverom, privat basseng, hage og sjøutsikt

Om denne boligen

A new-build house in Begur, the hilltop village that is the jewel of the Costa Brava — five minutes on foot from its medieval castle and stone-flagged old town, and a short drive from the coves of Sa Riera, Aiguablava and Sa Tuna. The home offers 247 m² of contemporary architecture over three floors, all connected by a private lift.

Inside are three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a guest WC, with bright living spaces that open onto two terraces with open views across the Mediterranean. Outside, a private 105 m² garden wraps around your own swimming pool — a rare thing this close to the village centre — and a private parking space is included.
